england lost. brazil is out. boo-hoo.
yesterday's match was between england and portugal. it started at 11pm and ended god-knows-what-time. i told christle to tell me the results, if england had won or lost. i didnt get to watch because i had no scv at home. sads. ya, scv ll be another bullet in my wishlist.. she sent two sms during midnight, i guess. one told me that rooney received a red card, and was out of the game. so england left only ten men running.. and the other was england had lost, and how much she hates portugal. hahas.
im sad that england had lost. not that im their NO.1 supporter. my team was already disqualified.. czech, i like them since EURO cup 2004, when mr white made us do a cover-up sketch book on it because he s a great fan of football. -_-'' my english teacher is an australian, and supports football. when the GREAT team lost one of the days, he can come into our class with a super long face. but if they won, well, lets just say my teacher had gone mad. its true, at the same wondeful.. how football affects an individual's mentality. just like my dear friend had been affected. because of world cup, i m not really sure how many countries she had booed. hahas, including south korea, she told me that the koreans had no sportmanship during the game against, i forgot who.. ''0.O but it should be a western team. anyway, the koreans are one of the teams i admire too. because during the last world cup, they fought their way to top 4, and they are the only asians who made it so far throughout the whole cup history. they are superb!
the point is, if england had not lost, i could have watched them kick from channel 5. just read the world cup coverage from BBC website. it might really be that england is running on bad luck yesterday. how can they possibly go through so many unlucky things at one time? rooney being sent off. beckham and owen down to injuries. that s bullshit. the match seems so dumb. portugal won them on pentalty shot - 3:1. thats so diaos.. perhaps england's morale had gone down since their best striker been sent out.. sads.. maybe their time hasnt come to fight for the trophy yet.
even though, the best football team in the world - brazil had also lost yesterday.. another piece of shocking news. they lost to france for 0 to 1. disappointed to see these two countries being disqualified for the next round. hais. i guess i wun be watching channel 5 ''special'' footage on the last match le bah, unless i got the determination to not sleep that night. hahs.
