Anyway, this was really a joke...
Trust me, a good one.
Yesterday I had a really long day, meeting up with my cousin at AMK hub and attended this inspirational talk of work and self conducted by a monk with my mom and aunt. [my dad encouraged me to attend it... so there I was...]
stuck in the talk for more than 3 hours,
listening to the monk.
It was pretty inspiring, though some points he related aren't that relevant...
Anyway, the day ended with me arguing with my mom on our way home.
But that wasn't the main thing...
We made up already. ^^

The joke was I went shopping with my cousin at Mondo.
where I bought two pairs of flat heels,
well, I asked the store keeper not to keep one of the shoebox for me.
Because my size 38 brown flat heels was hurting my toes,
I changed to my new shoes after lunch/dinner.
I didn't throw them away but placed them into two small plastic bags which were used to keep the new shoes and dumped into the big bag.
Guess what!
I dropped my old shoe on my way to my Aunty's house..

ARGHS!!!

and I don't know when I dropped it.

I suspected it must have fallen out of the big bag while I was on bus 133... and I had no idea of it...

I bought 2 new pairs of covered flats, happily thinking that I have 3 covered flats NOW...

What am I supposed to do with the other one???

My mom and aunts were teasing me being "cinderella"...

I'm still in the mourning period for my previous novel, ok.
I actually wrote 100 over pages, saved it diligently in my thumbdrive when I wrote something new. Yet, it was gone just because I saved with the wrong format. SO DISHEARTENING!
But anyway...
Don't say I never
Think of starting from where I stopped in the previous copy, 70 over pages.
I feel like crying man... it will be my second time starting from the same page awhile back, when I saved the wrong again...
Which is why I rather start a new story...
with new characters as well.
Omg...
Why is it that I never get to finish my stories de.

Anyway, enough ranting.
I started watching 斗牛要不要 yesterday. It was pretty awesome.
The opening theme song by Tank kept stuck in my head all day long, even when I slept, I dreamt of it too. It's uber addictive.
And I came up with a conclusion.
I like 李威 more in the show.
his character is 帅呆了!
贺军翔 is just a pretty face.
When he played basketball, he seems real in the show.

The screen showed something about cd-format.

So I tried playing the second and third discs, and they worked perfectly ok.
But not the first dvd!
I can only say, "Buddhas like playing jokes on me."
Poor me...
Disheartened, I told Meiling about what happened...
and I spent last night playing phoenix wright.

she said she had to get some DHL done by yesterday evening, then I said it seem pretty impossible because the DHL had already come and left 430pm. They are always punctual.

30 plus woman with so much working experience, and she just told me she doesn't dare to go to the production side. I assume lar, because the workplace is mainly males from Malaysia, China, and Philippines... She think they are uncouth, or big bullies. Which by they are not. They are all nice and friendly people, maybe a little loud sometimes.
But please, something like this coming out of your mouth.

Yesterday I caught step up 2 with red banana!
It was AWESOME!
I love the movie so so so much!
The guys were HOT, and the storyline was pretty ok.
But the HIP HOP DANCE THEY DID was
F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S~

Oh my... I can't believe it I didn't watch step up's 1st movie when it debut last year.
Anyway, I rented it last night and indulged myself in another swing of dance steps.
Well, I hate to admit but I prefer step up 2.
I don't really like the lines in first movie. =(

And the dance seems to me, ok ok only.

Went NUS open house with xiao kang today.
We only attended one talk from school of design.
I'm pretty impressed by one of the course,
so I guess I'm going to apply for it as first choice.

grandmother's story

Boy, was I pissed.
This morning,
I encountered something very very 过分.
I was at my bus stop as usual waiting for bus 62.
After like waiting 5,
here comes a double decker.
I was so happy =))
Cause the last few weeks, I had never board a double decker to work in the morning before.
It had always been the overcrowded single decked bus,
where I had to stand for many many stops before several passengers alighted
then I finally get to sit.

Anyway back to my tale,
the double decker came and I had already gestured to flag the bus.
But guess what?
The double decker didn't turn in the bend and stopped.
It actually drove past me.
What's more,
the bus driver blinked his headlights at me
ONE TIME
TWICE
that was two times, two very glaring lights shone at me.
I thought he was going to stop or something.
But he didn't.
How nice of the bus driver.
Why didn't he stop to take me?

I gaped at him, while he drove away....
and I sorta came up with several conclusions.

1) maybe I was folding both my arms while flagging the bus; he thought I was 'DAO' (haughty) so he refused to stop the bus. If it is, I apologize for my behaviour, but I stood at the bus stop waiting for almost 10 minutes, I'm tired~~~

2) I was alone at the bus stop, so he didn't think of stopping. Cause I can wait for the next bus. (Then it's a bit selfish of the driver le. =( )

3) I was wearing a black tee today, and I saw the bus driver, he was wearing shades. So there may be a possibilty that he couldn't see me waiting and flagging the bus. (this is so erms...)

4) It's a racial discrimination. Early in the morning, he discriminates chinese already in particular me... because ... I don't know... (just si buay suay I suppose)

5) He just refused to stop to let me board because I'm not up to his expectations of a beauty? (Wa~~~ so sorry lar, but I'm proud of what I am, ok?)

Anyway, if I see this In**** bus driver again, I swear I'm going to board your bus man. SO GUO FEN!!!!

I always wait till there is a mountain of papers then I will step into Adeline's office.

Then I had ba ku teh with the rest of HR members at Geylang.
Seriously, though I don't eat pig intestines, stomach, liver, etc etc.
[I gave all those to Meiling and Gordon =)]
the soup is ooo, DELICIOUS. ^^

Gordon, Meiling, Daphne not forgetting Gary, seem to be more excited than me in collecting the results tomorrow... They had been haunting me every hour with A'levels and results... especially Gordon... Omgs, without fail, he will say.

HOWEVER…., The correct answer in my opinion is to run the old lady over and put her out of her misery, have sex with the perfect partner on the hood of the car, then drive off with the old friend for a few beers.
